Video Player won't recognize MP4 format

Solution Q: I’m having trouble playing the videos. My video player won’t recognize mp4 format.

A: We put all the videos in mp4 because that format gives you the most bang for your buck. Simply download the free VLC media player at http://videolan.org/vlc. It plays just about any file, and it won’t bog you down with constant updates like Windows Media or RealPlayer.
